Frequently Asked Questions
No. You pay one plan price for your church, not a fee per person, so most churches can add volunteers and members without their bill changing. Plans are banded by size, so the price only changes if your church grows past the band you’re on.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial runs for thirty days, completely unrestricted. Every feature is switched on and there’s no limit on how many people can join, so bring in the staff, volunteers and groups who would be using it.
What happens when the free trial ends?
When your 30-day free trial ends, you’ll need to choose a plan to keep using Jovo. Your church, groups and set-up won’t disappear when the trial ends, so you can pick up where you left off once you subscribe. You won’t be charged unless you choose a plan.
Lite suits smaller churches, up to around 100 people, with everyday features and up to 20 groups. The standard Jovo plan adds every feature, unlimited groups and the ChurchSuite and Planning Center integrations. Jovo Plus is for large or multi-site churches. If you’re not sure which fits, book a demo and we’ll help you choose.
What support is included with my plan?
It depends on the plan. On Lite you set things up yourself, using our support articles and live chat if you get stuck. The standard Jovo plan adds help to get set up, staff training and priority support. Jovo Plus gives you a named account manager and regular check-ins. The contact page has all the ways to reach us.
Are there any setup fees or message limits?
No to both. There are no setup fees, so your church can start without an upfront cost, and there are no limits on messages, so you can talk as much as you need to.
How do I pay, and can I cancel anytime?
You pay monthly by credit card, and you can cancel at any time from Jovo Admin or by emailing support@jovoapp.com.
Is my church's data secure?
Yes. Jovo was built to keep the people in your church safe and to be GDPR-compliant from the start, so protecting your data is part of what the product is for, not an add-on. Your data is encrypted and kept safe. Our Security page explains how.
